Its not HDR, but rather an open shutter exposure for about 2.5 minutes on a pretty full moon (3 days before or 2 days after the full moon). The lighting in the cab is done with a standard camera flash with a theatrical gel (orange). I am able to walk in and out of the photo without being picked up by the camera because its so dark. Pretty cool stuff!
Thanks for checking out my photos. I currently reside in Los Angeles. I have traveled and lived in some great places: Hawaii, Norway, Puerto Rico, and of course, California. I enjoy taking all sorts of photos with my Leica cameras. My job has allowed me to be privy to some amazing aerial photography. Leave comments on any of the photos that you enjoy.
Iis this an HDR image? I mean how did you get the time-lapse sky, the glowing windshield, and directional lighting?

ReplyDeletereally? you walked in and flashed a gel and walked out and got this exposure? Radical. I would never have thought of that.
